1. What are your business hours?
Our business hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. This includes shipping, ordering, and phone support. Any orders or emails received after 5 pm will be handled the next business day.
2. Concerning Batteries
Unfortunately, we do not warranty or guarantee our laptop batteries. Laptop batteries, by their nature, do not typically have long lives and are generally quite unpredictable. We do not test laptop batteries and have no way of knowing the lifespan of the battery that came with your laptop. Rest assured that our previous customers have been very happy with their laptop purchase and battery, but we cannot guarantee that the battery you receive will hold a charge. Again, we do not warranty or guarantee our batteries. It is impossible for us to refurbish our batteries and so most of them are the batteries that originally came with the laptop. The cost of the laptop is reflected by our battery policy.
If you need to purchase another battery, please visit http://stores.ebay.com/The-Battery-Connection. This is a seller on eBay that we have no affiliation with. They sell batteries for around $30 with a 3 year warranty. We do not need the faulty battery returned to us. We apologize for the inconvenience.
3. Concerning Internet, Wi-Fi, and IP addresses
- All of our computers come ready to connect to a network. However, you must have a connection through an Internet Service Provider, or ISP, in order to get onto the internet. These would include companies such as Time Warner, Comcast, Insight, etc. We do not provide internet services.
- In order to use your wi-fi, ensure the switch on the side of the laptop is turned to 'On'. You'll receive a notification in Windows that wireless networks have been detected. Then simply select your wireless network, enter in your network credentials (if any) and you're set!
- If you need to obtain your IP address for any reason, please visit www.whatismyip.com and it will display the information for you.

We place an outstanding 1 Year warranty with a 7 day money back guarantee on this item. The warranty guarantees that this item will not be DOA upon arrival. It does not cover any special needs you might have such as installation assistance or any other custom situation. It also does not cover software issues, neglect, or unauthorized repair. We do offer a paid support plan for those issues. If by chance you receive your item and there is a problem, we will work diligently to correct the problem. If it is necessary to be returned for repair/replacement, we will repair or replace the item and ship it back to you. Please email us at support@blairtg.com with warranty requests.
