• Backup up to 9GB of data to DVD (included) or other external media (not included) or ghost image from one drive to another for customers that are upgrading in size or replacing system.
• IMPORTANT NOTES: Data backups to DVD will NOT INCLUDE installed programs.  We are able to backup pictures, movies, music, documents, etc. but programs will need to be reinstalled.  Client data will bestored on a secure, non-networked hard drive for 30 days after the initial service date to allow for redo's or in case any problems arise once the data is delivered to the customer.  After that it will be deleted forever.

• Complete hardware diagnostics.
• Remove all viruses, spyware, malware and rootkits on the computer.
• Repair any operating system issues (boot issues, blue screens, etc.)
• Preform all critical updates.
• Test operating system for proper functionality.
• Install and update either Microsoft Security Essentials or client provided AV software.
