How do I activate Microsoft Windows?

First, if you receive an error stating your Product Key is invalid, you must contact Microsoft to resolve this issue. BlairTG can not activate any Product Key assigned by Microsoft. All customers must tell Microsoft they have purchased a refurbished PC with a previous activated Product Key in order for Microsoft to re-activate the Product Key under your name.

How do I do a system restore?

On specific issues you may be required to do a full system restore of your PC.

 

If you have a DELL PC, below are the required steps:

  1. Place your Blair TG System Restore CD in the CD-Rom drive
     
  2. Restart your PC
     
  3.  When DELL is displayed on the screen press the F2 button, located on the top left of your keyboard. We suggest you may want to push the F2 button a few times. This action should direct you into the PC's System BIOS screen.
